Volunteer Application Open!

Now is the time to apply for a volunteer position with Women of Wonder Con 2019. We have lots of opportunities and areas to volunteer in, so there’s something for everyone. 

What positions are available?

Welcome Table – Duties would include giving out wristbands to all attendees, handing out free swag, as well as providing information and directions about the convention. For this position we are looking for outgoing volunteers that are comfortable with various social interactions.

Traffic Control – Help provide directions to Women of Wonder Con attendees new to the Dallas Public Library. Must be outgoing and friendly for this position due to the increased amount of guests this year.

Guest Helpers – Volunteers able to lift up to 40 lbs. that can help our amazing creative corner guests load in and move out materials and supplies as well as help watch tables when guests need breaks. Volunteers interested in this position must be flexible and willing to assist panelists and creative corner guests with various different tasks.

Photographers/Videographers – We need help capturing our awesome gathering of creative types for posterity. You would receive full credit for your work and are more than welcome to share the images and videos through your channels as well.
