The deadline to apply for press badges is February 1st, 2024, at 11:59 pm CST. Please note that applications submitted after this deadline will unfortunately not be considered. Our team will review all applications submitted in a timely manner. However, please note that approval of a press badge is not guaranteed. The WOWCon Beyond team will inform successful applicants via email.
As a press badge holder, you are welcome to conduct interviews with our esteemed guests and capture images of panels for your media outlet. We ask that all interview requests regarding WCB staff members be directed to our Media Relations team at firstname.lastname@example.org by February 29th. Any interview requests submitted after that date will not be considered. Additionally, please note that interviews with volunteers will be limited to discussions about their general convention experience. Failure to adhere to these guidelines could result in the loss of your press badge or ejection from the event.
